Big difference between being a 'reluctant' power and not being able to articulate foreign policy in a cohesive and consistent manner.
Besides, I don't think attacking seven countries and droning American citizens to death without due process is proof of less interventionism.
Characterizing it as reluctant only serves to push the continuing empty narrative that Obama is an enlightened dove.
